Brad Walker started in the building materials supply industry in Raleigh NC after graduating from East Carolina University in 1987.
He obtained his NC contractor’s license in 1994 while working for Carolina Builders Supply. After relocating to Norfolk, Brad obtained his Virginia General Contractors license in 2002.
Following several years of working closely with Ed on numerous communities as the building materials specialist, Brad was asked to join the Sadler Building Corp. team in May 2004.

He originally joined the staff as the lead Estimator, however his knowledge and experience broadened his involvement in the company and he took on the responsibility of Production Manager and Sales Director.

Later as Vice President of Sadler Building Corporation, Brad worked closely with Ed in developing the individual products and the sense of style Sadler Building Corp. became so well known for.

In December of 2022 Brad and Tim started their current joint venture - Walker Grunwald Construction, LLC.
Tim Grunwald began his 35 plus years in the construction industry framing houses and performing finish trim carpentry while in high school and college in the late 1970’s and early 80’s.
Upon graduation from East Carolina University in 1987 Tim was hired by Armada Hoffler Construction Company in Chesapeake Virginia where his duties were field superintendent and site manager.
In 1994 Tim was hired by Commercial general contractor in Norfolk where his responsibilities were project management and estimating.
In 1997 Tim made the transition to an outside sales representative for Carolina Builders selling building materials.
In 2013 Tim started Greenwood Building LLC a commercial and residential general contracting business and is currently owner operator.
Greenwood building has successfully completed over 20 million dollars
of commercial and residential construction projects in the Hampton Roads area.
